About Mike

Born and raised in Tiffin, Ohio, Mike graduated from Tiffin Columbian High School. After school Mike enlisted and spent four years in the United States Army where he received multiple commendations for exceptional work performance. Mike opened his own agency on January 1, 2000 and has been recognized on numerous occasions for his agencies continual growth while maintaining quality service to his clients and profitability. Mike is married to Kolette "Kelly" Reiter who works at the Seneca County Prosecutor's Office. He is involved in the local community, currently serves as the assistant varsity softball coach at New Riegel High School, and is very active in his church. He is the current secretary and a past Master of Seneca Masonic Lodge #790, past Patron of Cornelia #93 Order of Eastern Star, as well as a member of the Republic Lions Club, and Wade Benfer American Legion Post in Republic.

About Jamie

Born and raised in the Tiffin-Republic area, Jamie is a graduate of Seneca East High School and later a graduate of Terra Community College with an Associate’s Degree in Business Management. Jamie worked for eight years at the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office, obtained his OPOTA Certification in 2016 and spent the last four years as a Sergeant in the jail. Jamie joined his father, Mike, at MC Insurance in January of 2021, fulfilling his lifelong dream to work alongside his Dad and learn the field of insurance. Jamie is married to Julie Homan who is a teacher at Fostoria City Schools. They have two children, Emily and Josef, who both are students at Seneca East. Jamie enjoys anything outdoors, especially playing and coaching sports with his kids and hunting. Jamie is an Eagle Scout from Republic Boy Scout Troop #442, a member of Republic Sons of the American Legion, Republic Lions Club, Cornelia #93 Order of Eastern Star, Seneca Chapter #42, Clinton Council #47, DeMolay Commandery #9, Zenobia Shriner, Tiffin Hornets, and the current Worshipful Master of Seneca Lodge #790 in Republic.
